Customer Support/Front Desk Representative 

  • Location: Cleveland, Ohio
  • Salary: $16 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support/Front Desk Representative. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume customer service environment, providing front-facing support to landlords. This role involves assisting landlords with inquiries related to inspections, scheduling, preparation requirements, results, and follow-up steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet lobby visitors and answer multi-line phones
  • Triage inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about inspection processes and timelines
  • Document calls and walk-ins, enter/update case notes and contact information
  • Route issues to the correct team and provide status updates using internal systems
  • Perform Research & Program Analysis
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, offer calm de-escalation, and handle service recovery for frustrated callers/visitors
