Customer Support Order-Entry Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative who will work on our Customer Service team. This Customer Service Representative will maximize customer satisfaction by resolving all issues in a timely and professional manner by phone and email. 

What You'll Do

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; ensure appropriate resolution to any outstanding order is completed
• Communicate with Account Executive regarding their customers’ accounts
• Process and track RMAs
• Process Customer Credit Requests
• Escalate issues as needed

What You'll Need 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in a related field
• Detail oriented
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortability in a Fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently

What We Offer

• Compensation: $21.00-21.63 per hour
