Pay Rate: $25.30/Hr.

Position Summary: Customer Support Professional
- Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer purchase orders and support the demand team.
- Supports customer purchase order activities for both Aftermarket (AM) and Original Equipment (OE).
Responsibilities: Customer Support Professional
- Pull and manage customer purchase orders for Aftermarket (AM) and Original Equipment (OE), including revisions.
- Review purchase orders against approved pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Provide a strong customer service experience for customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications: Customer Support Professional
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Customer Support Professional
- Experience working with SAP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Background in customer service or contract administration.
