The Opportunity:

At Blueberry, our doctors and patients are at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You’ll Own:

• Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels

• Resolve questions efficiently while ensuring a clear, professional experience

• Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Document interactions clearly to support follow-up, collaboration, and continuity of care

• Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate

• Maintain strong awareness of SLAs and prioritize work accordingly

Experience You’ll Need:

• Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat)

• Experience working in remote or structured support environments is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once

• Consistent reliability, including punctuality and ownership of scheduled shifts

• Attention to detail in documentation and task execution

• Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes

• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
