We are seeking a CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions.
- Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America

Required Experience:

Requirements
- Minimum completed High School Diploma
- Must reside in a commutable distance to office location (not accessible via public transportation)
