About the Opportunity

You will serve as a key connection between customers and the business, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate assistance across supported communication channels.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage a variety of customer interactions while maintaining a professional and approachable manner. You will be expected to understand each customer's needs, identify appropriate solutions, and involve other team members when an issue requires additional support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other available channels.
• Understand customer questions and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Support customers with account, product, service, and general inquiries.
• Record interactions accurately and keep customer information up to date.
• Monitor outstanding matters and follow up when additional action is required.
• Refer complex or specialized issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Remain professional and courteous when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
• Develop a strong understanding of company procedures, services, and support systems.
• Work with colleagues to resolve issues and contribute to a consistent customer experience.

Experience
