Receiving incoming phone calls from client locations requesting assistance with processes and set up.
Client provides a laptop and headset with all of the necessary software and support features.
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer Service skills - minimum of 1-year prior experience in a Call Center environment.
Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening, computer logging.
Good computer literacy with database software. Previous use of "Salesforce" is a +.
Quiet, uninterrupted environment to work & receive phone calls.
Ability to learn and utilize training quickly.
Professional attitude.
Some previous college experience is a +.
Clean criminal background is required.
