Customer Support Representative

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to assist customers with travel-related questions, reservations, scheduling, and account support.

This is an inbound phone position in a team-based office environment. Paid training is provided, and previous call center or travel experience is not required.

Available Schedules

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Help with reservations, scheduling, and account questions
• Explain available services and next steps
• Update customer information and document calls
• Resolve routine issues and escalate when needed
• Follow company procedures and service standards
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach with customers

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Must be at least 18 years old

Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, office, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
