Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking Customer Support Representatives for a large 24/7 support center in Greensboro. This position is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, technical support, dispatch, or call center experience who enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Candidates need to be open to working any shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.This role will support customers during roadside service events by coordinating with customers, dealers, and service vendors to help resolve issues and get vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible. Candidates must be comfortable handling incoming calls, documenting details accurately, following up on open cases, and providing professional communication throughout the service process.Key Responsibilities:• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with roadside service or related inquiries• Document customer requests and case updates accurately in internal systems• Coordinate with customers, dealers, service providers, and vendors• Provide status updates and follow up until cases are resolved• Use good judgment to prioritize urgent issues and escalate when needed• Deliver a high level of customer service in a high-volume environmentQualifications:• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or technical support experience preferred• Strong computer and data entry skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills• Automotive, diesel, roadside assistance, or technical support experience is a plus• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredBenefits offered by APR: Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short-Term Disability, Holiday Pay, Service Bonus, Direct Deposit.Please attach your resume (MSWord if possible) to submission.
