As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints

- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues

- Identify and report any recurring customer issues to the appropriate department

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team

- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using various computer programs and applications

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

- Availability to work full-time or part-time, including weekends and holidays as needed
