Customer Support Representative

Johnston, IA | 2+ Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via Social Media, email, and website channels.
  • Respond to product inquiries, complaints, parts lookups, loyalty program questions, and technical issues.
  • Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and ensure accurate responses.
  • Document customer interactions and review outbound content for quality and accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 6+ months of customer service/support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Social Media platforms.
  • Strong computer skills and basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Conflict resolution and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Preferred:

  • Social Media support experience for business purposes.
  • Agriculture, turf equipment, utility vehicle, or technology industry knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Schedule:

  • Initial training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (2–3 weeks classroom + OJT).
  • Post-training: 8-hour shift between 11:00 AM–10:30 PM with rotating weekend coverage.
  • Onsite in Johnston, IA; eligible for remote work Friday–Sunday after training.
