- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Provide accurate information to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
- Resolve the callers' needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
- Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks or until successful completion of training. Monday-Friday.

- Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 930AM-6PM or 1030am-7pm
- This is a hybrid position. If requirements are not met consistently, you will be brought back onsite.
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
- Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
- Possible conversion to FTE is available.
