  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
  • Provide accurate information to the caller.
  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
  • Resolve the callers' needs.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks or until successful completion of training. Monday-Friday.

  • Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 930AM-6PM or 1030am-7pm
  • This is a hybrid position. If requirements are not met consistently, you will be brought back onsite.

Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Previous healthcare experience desired
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
  • Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
  • Possible conversion to FTE is available.
