Responsibilities include providing a wide range of services to both internal and external clients, ensuring high-level customer support in a 24/7 operation.
Requirements include at least 1 year of customer-facing experience; aviation knowledge is preferred but will be trained.
Shifts vary (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with some weekend and holiday availability. Full-time roles offer benefits and PTO, including flight training discounts; part-time benefits are limited.
