Customer Support Representative

Prime Turbines is a division of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leader in the MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) industry for general aviation aircraft.  Prime Turbines, located in Mesa, AZ, a leading independent turboprop engine repair, maintenance, and overhaul (MRO) company specializing today in the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A & PT6T, currently has a position open for an experienced Customer Support Representative.

The Customer Support Representative will serve as primary point of contact for customer related inquiries, coordinate, schedule and process orders and requests to deliver customer satisfaction while meeting set company goals. Experience in the Aviation industry preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform customer requirements
• Review and process customer repair orders
• Receive parts into Operating System
• Generate work orders based on customer requirements
• Evaluate and coordinate product exchange applications
• Maintain customer database records
• Participate in onsite customer audits
• Coordinate activities and scheduling
• Other duties assigned by management

The ideal candidate offers:

• 3 years’ experience supporting a complex product line or service with direct customer interface/support/internal sales experience
• Experience in the Aerospace industry
• Knowledge of standard Aerospace MRO processes
• Computer skills including experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Self-directed and cooperative in team efforts
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accustomed to meeting demanding and/or conflicting deadlines
