Customer Support Representative

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Support Representatives for a full-time, in-office position. This role supports customers by phone with questions, scheduling needs, reservation updates, and general service assistance.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, comfortable speaking with people, and looking for steady work in a professional office setting. Paid training is provided, so previous call center experience is helpful but not required.

Job Duties

  • Answer customer calls and provide friendly support

  • Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed

  • Help customers with scheduling, reservations, and service questions

  • Enter customer information and updates into the system

  • Follow company procedures and call guidelines

  • Keep conversations professional, clear, and helpful

  • Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication skills

  • Basic computer and data entry ability

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Organized and able to follow instructions

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Experience

No prior experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Schedule Options

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
