Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Support Representatives for a full-time, in-office position. This role supports customers by phone with questions, scheduling needs, reservation updates, and general service assistance.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, comfortable speaking with people, and looking for steady work in a professional office setting. Paid training is provided, so previous call center experience is helpful but not required.
Answer customer calls and provide friendly support
Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed
Help customers with scheduling, reservations, and service questions
Enter customer information and updates into the system
Follow company procedures and call guidelines
Keep conversations professional, clear, and helpful
Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Strong phone communication skills
Basic computer and data entry ability
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Organized and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years old
No prior experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
