Our client, a customer-focused services company, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team on a hybrid schedule out of their Orlando, Florida office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions and issues across phone, email, and live chat while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
This role is a great fit for a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and helping people, and who values the mix of in-office teamwork and remote days. You will follow established processes and play a direct part in keeping customers happy and loyal. Prior call-center experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues accurately and in a timely manner
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first attitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hybrid environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to work on a hybrid schedule from the Orlando office
