Customer Support Representative (Remote )

Insurish is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account updates, documentation, requests, and general support needs.
• Investigate customer concerns and work toward timely and effective resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Follow established customer service procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, insurance, financial services, or related experience is preferred.
