Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for customers in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and partnering with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and prior experience supporting customers in a high-volume setting.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday (Mon. & Tues. Off) 3pm-11pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide customer service and technical support for company products and services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through phone, email, and remote tools.

• Document all interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain service standards.

• Educate customers on product use and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree preferred.

• 2+ years of customer support experience.

• Prior experience in a high-volume customer service and/or call center environment.

• Healthcare: Medical or clinical experience is preferred.

• Hands-on technical support experience is required.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical calls, such as providing mobile phone support, or troubleshooting equipment over the phone.

• Proficient with MS Office, Windows, SQL, and remote support tools.

• Salesforce experience a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.

• Frequent sitting, typing, and phone communication throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
