POSITION OVERVIEW: Provide efficient and professional support for OEM and Non-OEM (B2B) customer order entry and inside sales operations in the U.S. and Canada markets. This position is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate order processing, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position reports to the Quality, Customer & Product Support Manager . It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities.
