We are looking to hire a Customer Support Representative at our Stamford, CT location! Our growing team is in need of a candidate who is available for a full-time position and can assist with daily business operations to improve the team’s efficiency. The Customer Support Representative role is ideal for someone who can deliver high-quality customer service while providing guidance to our customers on AT&T products and services. As a Customer Support Representative, your daily priorities include assisting customers by creating personally tailored solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the flow of the day-to-day business.


Daily Tasks as a Customer Support Representative:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service as a Customer Support Representative to ensure each customer is handled professionally and leaves satisfied with the service provided
  • Assist with daily business operations to ensure the work environment is maintained at a productive pace throughout the day
  • As a Customer Support Representative, stay informed on any campaigns/promotions to improve your abilities in personally tailoring solutions to each customer’s concern
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customers and assist them with their needs
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and collaborate with other Customer Support Representative team members in more complex situations
  • Assist team members when available to ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently, and local business goals are met

Qualifications to be a Customer Support Representative: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Quick learner who can adapt to a dynamic business environment
  • Good communication and critical thinking skills 
  • Able to assist customers with their questions/concerns efficiently
  • Can work both as a team and independently
  • Can prioritize daily tasks and get things done in a timely manner
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Able to work full-time, on-site in Stamford, CT
