Seeking a Customer Support Representative in Toledo, Ohio (Hybrid) for a 6-month contract. Shift is 8am-6pm, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and remote days on Monday and Friday.
There are two roles:
• Job I: $18/hr W2,
• Job II: Bilingual (English/Spanish) $20/hr W2 (requires ~4-week in-office training).
Responsibilities include providing quality customer service via calls, emails, and web inquiries about products and warranties, entering data accurately, guiding customers through website navigation, and promoting products.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma, 1+ year customer-facing experience, proficiency in multiple internet systems, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Desirable experience includes building materials knowledge and team environment work. Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents. Skills include problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication.
