Customer Support Representative

Pay: $400/week base pay + commission
Location: In-office
Schedule Options:

  • Monday – Friday | 9:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
 

About the Role

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Support Representatives to assist customers with travel-related questions, reservations, and scheduling services.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity that includes a guaranteed $400 weekly base pay, plus commission on top of your base pay. If you enjoy helping people, communicating over the phone, and working in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you.


What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide excellent service
  • Assist customers with travel questions, reservations, and scheduling
  • Update customer information accurately in the system
  • Explain available services and answer customer questions
  • Follow company procedures and call guidelines
  • Work with your team to deliver a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
  • Reliable, dependable, and organized
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years old

No previous customer service or call center experience is required. Paid training is provided for all qualified candidates.
