We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support by assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications
