Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and coordinatingactivities to meet service expectations. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication.
  • Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements.

Required Qualifications
