Customer Support Specialist

The P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist - Work from Home interacts with Commercial Lines policyholders via inbound phone calls to address policy questions and related customer insurance needs. In this permanent Work-from-Home position the Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. Candidates must be Producer licensed, though this is not a Sales position.
