We’re looking for a fully bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/Spanish) who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is preferred.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid computer proficiency and a customer-first attitude.
