adhesives, foams, and gasketing solutions. We partner directly with design engineers and
sourcing teams to solve complex material, assembly, and performance challenges—often
designing components into customer products early in the development cycle.

with new OEM customers across the Upper Midwest.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, resolving complex issues, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. This position is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of OEM and manufacturing processes, and who is motivated by the challenge of improving our customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

2. Utilize your extensive knowledge of OEM and manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Production, and Engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and to improve overall service delivery.

4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

5. Monitor customer feedback and communicate this information to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

6. Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling returns or exchanges.

7. Conduct regular training sessions for other customer support staff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on OEM.

2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.

3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective solutions.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

6. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

8. Knowledge of the manufacturing process and an understanding of OEM is essential.
