CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: Camas, WA

SALARY: $21-25 per hour DOE

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours, Temporary 5-6 months, possiblity for long term




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer inquiries, generate quotes, and enter sales orders accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate order updates and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Support after-sales needs including parts, service, and warranty inquiries
  • Assist with process improvements and departmental initiatives




WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 
  • Associate degree OR a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with ERP (Epicor preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with routine computer use
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs as needed
