Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to customer service inquiries, account questions, and service support
  • Assist customers with scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask across systems
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously
