Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to customer service inquiries, account questions, and service support
- Assist customers with scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems
- Escalate complex concerns when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask across systems
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Reliable attendance and strong professional demeanor
