Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist
- Engage in sales conversations that uncover daily mobile and internet habits, creating openings for sales discussions around AT&T cell phones, data plans, and Fiber Internet.
- Break down wireless plans, device options, and Fiber tiers in simple, relatable terms that support confident choices and strengthen the sales path.
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and account adjustments while reinforcing the value behind each sales recommendation and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Introduce faster Fiber speeds, improved data plans, or device upgrades when household usage clearly supports a sales‑driven solution that enhances convenience and reliability.
- Maintain sales notes on customer preferences to support accurate follow‑ups, future sales conversations, and long‑term account growth.
- Build strong customer relationships by consistently showing up as a dependable resource for AT&T sales, service, and ongoing support.
