• 6+ years of customer service rep experience
• Confident typing skills and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new tools fast
• Positive energy and empathy in every conversation
• A calm, collected presence under pressure
• Quick to solve problems and find solutions
• Effective at juggling multiple customer touch-points
• Organized with clean, accurate documentation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities:

• Purchase order audit and processing
• Data entry
• Switchboard operation
• Monitored and responded to all incoming Customer Service email
• Maintained electronic product inventory
• Obtained shipping quotes and tracking, created shipping labels
• New customer account set up
