Customer Support Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving questions, providing accurate information, and creating a positive customer experience.

Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers with questions, requests, orders, project updates, and general support needs. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and other approved communication channels while working closely with internal teams to help resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate is professional, patient, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities May Include

• Respond to customer questions and requests by phone, email, and online communication.
  
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer support.
  
• Assist customers with order, project, delivery, and service-related questions.
  
• Provide accurate project and order updates based on available information.
  
• Document customer conversations, requests, and follow-up activities.
  
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams when necessary.
  
• Help identify and resolve customer concerns.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been addressed.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and information.
  
• Assist with scheduling and other customer-support tasks as needed.

Remote Position

This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be able to maintain reliable internet connectivity, communicate effectively with team members and customers, attend virtual meetings as needed, and consistently meet assigned deadlines.

Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be requested for training, team meetings, or special projects.
