The Schedule
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Work-Life Balance: 40 hours per week with NO WEEKENDS!
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, providing top-tier support across phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goals include:
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive journey from start to finish.
- Technical Guidance: Guide customers through troubleshooting, order fulfillment, and post-purchase support.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a high level of parts knowledge (specifically small engine parts-related) to confidently assist clients.
- Process Improvement: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
What You’ll Need
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Proven background in customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Technical: Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of at least 32 WPM.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with minimal absences.
- Bonus: Bilingual skills are a plus but not required!
