In the role of Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide support for our operators and employees who work hard for us every day! We are looking for part time and full time agents to take inbound calls.Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or emailIdentify customer needs and help customers place ordersOrganize catering ordersHelp customers place to-go ordersAssist with customer feedback/complaintsIdentifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features (rewards, online ordering, DoorDash, etc.)Educate customers on our menuThis is a remote position in which it is required to reside in a state where we have a Kneaders restaurant (Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, or Colorado).Customer Support Specialist Requirements include: Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS roleFamiliarity with the food service industry is a plusMust have your own computer and reliable internet sourceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough caseHighly motivated and cheerfulProficiency on the Kneaders menuIf this person is YOU, start your journey today & complete your application
