Role: Customer Support Specialist

Job Description
- Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone, or e-mail.
- Provides support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries from agency merchants and cardholders.
- Research online social media and other internet platforms to detect fraud in the agency recipient fraud.
- Performs system testing on agency system platforms.
- Conducts agency retailer inventory audits to ensure program compliance.
- Develops reports as needed or required.
- Reviews vendor monitor reports and addresses any concerns.
- Manages and communicates expectations internally and externally.
- Other duties assigned as needed or required.
Education Requirements
- Associate's degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
