We are seeking a Customer Support Technician to support customers in diagnosing and correcting autonomous robots in ourAutonomous Commercial Landscaping division in Longmont, CO.

Job Requirements:

  • Technician will support ASI internal customer "ASI Durability" and ASI external customers
  • Responsible for diagnosing errors with autonomous vehicles and control systems
  • Repair, correct, and/or calibrate autonomous machines as required
  • Make safety a priority
  • Must be hands on and have a desire to learn
  • Learn to operate autonomous vehicles in a safe manner
  • Maintain and support wireless radio network
  • Diagnose and recreate customer support issues
  • Document support cases and update troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforces, SAP) programs
  • Experience with a variety of machines (Heavy Equipment, Automobiles, Agriculture machines) will be helpful
  • Experience with electronics and D/C electrical circuits and the ability to use a digital multi-meter
  • Experience with diagnostic tools or programs (i.e. OBD tool)
  • Understand basics of CAN bus on vehicle communications
  • Understand basic GNSS systems
  • Experience with wireless and wired networks

Additional Considerations:

  • Candidate should have travel experience
  • Bi-lingual, multi-lingual preferred
