Hours: M-F 8-5

Day to day tasks:
Receiving inbound phone calls and assisting with inquiries
Data entry and record updates
Creating and managing work orders
Processing employee badges and access requests
Handling parking reservations
Performing administrative tasks such as routing, scheduling, and coordinating work orders
Great communication skills
Software skills:
Basic computer functions
Years of experience: 2+ years customer service/client
Education: at least HS/GED
Interview Process: 1-2 phone and in person
Summary:
As a Customer Service Senior Coordinator, you will provide high-level information and resolve complex day-to-day and escalated issues in response to inquiries about products and services.
