Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding international shipments while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and distribute shipping documentation required for customs clearance.
- Accurately enter shipment and customs-related data into company systems.
- Monitor, track, and trace import shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shipment issues and support operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to customs brokerage activities.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, import/export operations, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
