Lead a High-Performing Customs Brokerage Team with a Global Logistics Leader
Client Logistics is seeking an experienced  Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of customs professionals, and drive process excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Location:  Fife, WA
Schedule:  Hybrid (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)
Compensation: $80,000 yearly
Full-Time | Exempt
What You'll Do
 Lead, coach, and develop Customs Brokerage team members
 Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities
 Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency
 Manage workload distribution, training, and performance reviews
 Resolve operational issues while maintaining exceptional customer relationships
 Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
 5+ years of Customs Brokerage import experience
 3+ years of leadership experience within a Customs Brokerage environment
 Customs Broker License (CHB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required
 Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage operations
 Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
 Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results
