Description

Position Summary:Ensure compliant and efficient U.S. customs operations, managing air/ocean import-export clearance.Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing quotation and cost control
  • Managing bonded inventory for OEM processes 
Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain compliance standards 2. Conduct FTZ compliance audits3. Classify products using HS codes4. Process equipment import/export clearance5. Manage material import/finished goods export clearance6. Monitor shipments and resolve exceptions7. Coordinate logistics: book air/ocean/truck transport8. Maintain bonded inventory records 9. Manage customs/logistics quotes and costs10. Process payments to brokers/forwardersEducation & Experience:1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field2. 1+ years customs experience in manufacturing, (Preferred) Knowledge of U.S. customs brokersWhy Join Us?1.
