Summary
This position is mainly responsible for accurate and timely transmission of customs entries to US Customs and Border Protection. This position will act as the liaison to overseas offices, customers, CBP, PGA's, and other involved parties and will need to work efficiently in order to clear imported goods through US Customs.
Compensation
$50,000-$60,000/Year
Responsibilities
• Process Customs Entries and ISF.
• Gather required documents and perform document review and assessment for accuracy.
• Closely monitor ISF requests and complete ISF filing in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process import US Customs documentation - including CF 3461, 7501, 7512 - and transmit to US Customs via ABI system.
• Process PGAs declarations - including FDA, DOT, FCC, F&W, TTB, USDA, etc.
• Review and monitor all customs release, rejections, and other correspondence as needed.
• Responsible for timely and accurate communication with all related parties, including oversea offices, customers, CBP, PGAs, etc.
• Prepare entry documents for Customs approval and Duty payments.
• Perform audit review on all assigned entry files and duty payments to US Customs
• Process customs related AR/AP Invoices
• Respond to Inquiries from Customers, Oversea Offices and Resolve Issues.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendation to management.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquires in timely manner
• Other Duties as Assigned

Education & Experience
Required
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
0-1 years of experience
Experience in Customs Brokerage, Administrative Support
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of experience

Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
MS Office Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to review documents, forms, and correspondence for accuracy and consistency
Problem-solving and critical thinking ability required.
Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint is highly preferred.
