Cut-Off Saw Operator - 1st Shift

Cut off Saw Operator/Material Handler Pay Rate: $15.00 per hourShift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMOvertime: Available/required as needed Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cut off Saw Operator/Material Handler to safely move, load, and unload materials within a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience inside a plant, be able to read a tape measure, and be comfortable operating a squeeze lift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the plant.
• Operate a squeeze lift to handle and move various materials.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Move long or oversized loads that may not be cut to standard lengths.
• Safely position and stage materials for production.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other material-handling duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience inside a manufacturing plant required.
• Experience operating a squeeze lift preferred/required.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Ability to safely handle long, bulky, or oversized materials.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
