Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience operating commercial paper cutters, bindery equipment, printing equipment, or similar machinery preferred
• Experience operating production machinery is accepted
• Must be proficient in reading a tape measure
• Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals

Job Duties

• Operate guillotine and die-cutting equipment safely and accurately
• Cut printed paper and plastic materials to specification within tight tolerances
• Support production in both the Offset Print and Large Format departments
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance on equipment
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain productivity standards and production schedules
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What You Will Do

As a Cutter Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
