Cuyahoga County- Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will plan and direct all phases of store operations as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for daily store operations
• Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel
• Cash balancing and recording
• Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary
• Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising
• Oversee quality control and inventory
• Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to work varied hours which will include evenings weekends
