What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized cardiac ICU care to critically ill patients
• Monitor patient status using telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation
• Perform IV starts, P&L line management, and other advanced procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Float within ICU units as needed, maintaining quality care standards
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Minimum 2 years CVICU or ICU experience
• Proficiency in IV placement, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz lines, balloon pumps, and sedation

Preferred:

• Previous travel nurse experience
• Cardiology-specific certifications or additional training
