• Required Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: 2+ years CVICU experience preferred, EPIC experience required, previous travel ICU experience preferred
• Schedule: Weekdays with some weekends and rotating holidays; float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care for CVICU patients with complex cardiac conditions
• Monitor and support patients post-cardiac procedures, including ventilator management and vasoactive infusions
• Assist with invasive procedures such as Swan-Ganz catheter placement and PA line management
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation and balloon pumps
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in EPIC and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience, with proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines, and EPIC
• Previous travel ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
