Job Title: CVIS / Rad Tech (Cath Lab Tech)

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CVIS / Cath Lab Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Cath Lab environments, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide excellent patient care during cardiovascular imaging and intervention procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Operate cardiovascular imaging and radiologic equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patients during procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Support emergency and on-call procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate records within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CVIS/Rad Tech experience.
• Active New York State License.
• ARRT Certification or CCI (RCIS) Certification.
• EPIC experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Cath Lab procedures and cardiovascular imaging.

Schedule Requirements

• Call Requirement: 9–10 days per month.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with interventional cardiology procedures.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced procedural environments.
