What Youll Do:
- Assist in cardiovascular surgeries under the supervision of surgeons
- Prepare operating rooms and manage surgical instruments and supplies
- Perform endoscopic vein harvesting procedures
- Support intraoperative patient care and safety
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient procedures
- Document procedural details accurately and timely
What You Need:
- Valid BLS, ABSA, NBSTSA, or NCCT certification
- CVOR First Assistant certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent surgical experience, specifically in cardiovascular or vein harvesting procedures
- Strong communication and team skills
- Ability to work flexible call and weekend schedules as required
Preferred:
- Experience in endoscopic vein harvesting and cardiovascular surgery
- Ability to handle call responsibilities effectively
