Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) – CVOR for a direct-hire opportunity in Newark, DE.

SALARY RANGE:
$83,000.00 to $130,000.00

Up to $50,000.00 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 24 months) for CVOR/Open Heart experienced candidates

SCHEDULE:
• Primarily Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
• Mid shift flexibility required
• Open Heart call required

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Current RN licensure required
• BSN preferred (commitment to obtain within 3 years may be considered with relevant experience)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Cardiac Open Heart experience is required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Strong experience in Operating Room and Open Heart procedures
• Ability to function independently within established protocols
• Strong clinical judgment, tact, and professionalism
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively within a high-acuity surgical team

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Current RN licensure required
• Open Heart / CVOR experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must be willing to take call as needed
