Description:
Skills/Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Monthly Development costs Reports (Manhours and Expense tracking). Including communication and coordination cross functionally
Executives Schedule Manage
Travel arrangements for team of <15 members
Translation jobs as necessary
Maintain small vehicle fleet <20 vehicles including scheduling with users and arrangement of routine maintenance
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
List of Requirements:
Strong Japanese Language Fluency
MS Office (i.e. Excel Skills)
Ability to drive vehicles (e.g. to dealership, to gas station, etc.)
Self-Motivated
Strong Customer Service Capability
